Analytics cookies
Acuity AI Consulting Limited operates this site. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, contact-link clicks and successful enquiry submissions. Google receives a browser identifier and technical information about your visit. We do not send the contents of your tools, email messages or form fields to Analytics. Advertising features are disabled.
Analytics stays off until you accept. You can reject it and use the whole site, or withdraw consent through Cookie settings at the foot of any page. We remember your choice in this browser for 180 days. Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) last up to 180 days. Google retains event-level data for two months; aggregated reports may be retained for longer.
Google and hosting
Google may process analytics data outside the EEA under its data-processing terms. See the Google privacy policy. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical requests needed to serve the website. The three-jobs tool runs in your browser; its contents are not sent to us.
Resource access
Our explanatory articles are public. Training materials are delivered privately under agreed commercial engagements. Website registration does not grant access to those materials. Earlier website access requests were stored in Brevo with name, email, organisation and any reason supplied. Those requests did not subscribe anyone to marketing. Earlier sign-in cookies expire within seven days; the website download route is closed. Access-management pages are excluded from Analytics.
We retain earlier access records only while managing the request or related enquiry. You can ask us to delete them or revoke access by emailing us. Resources are for your own work and learning. Republishing, reselling or using them to deliver training requires our permission.
Enquiries and your rights
If you email us or use the enquiry form, we use your name, email address, optional organisation, message and selected topic to respond and handle your enquiry. If you arrive from an article, its title and link are included for context. Form enquiries are delivered to our mailbox through Brevo, our email service provider. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing. We retain correspondence while handling your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations. We use our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, or steps you request before entering a contract, as the basis for this processing.
